SHRI PRIYAVANDA S. PAREKH
Mrs. Priyavanda Sudhir Parekh is another director in the company. She has done her graduation in commerce and associated with family business since last 20 years. She is wife of late Mr. Sudhir Parekh, brother of Mr. Shailesh Parekh. She is having about 15 years experience in business. She started helping her late husband, after her marriage and they together developed business of yarn texturising and trading of yarn in Surat. She will look after sales and administration in the proposed company. She is main driving force behind this project. She will be asset for the company with her mature decision making and advice.
SHRI SHAILESH PAREKH
Shri Shailesh Parekh is an experienced and mature businessman. He has promoted this company, alongwith his business associates and family members. He is having 50 years experience in various businesses including manufacturing and trading of Oilseed and vegetable oils. He is will be working as Managing Director of the company looking after day-to-day operation of the company. He will be asset for the company, with his experience and business skills for the right business decisions.
SHRI CHETAN S. PAREKH
He is technical director in this proposed project with rich business experience in oilseed and oil processing and soap industry. He is having post graduate degree in Commerce and very rich experience in oilseeds and oil processing industries. He has worked on production as well as procurement and marketing side as senior executive with leading manufactures. In all he is having more than 5 years experience in this line. He is soft spoken, calculative businessman with sound technology background. He will be looking after technical and quality control aspects in this proposed project.
